Museum Highlights

The museum, formerly the ancient church of St. Colman, houses a Pictish Treasury with a unique collection of artefacts discovered during archaeological excavation of the early Christian monastery that lies beneath and around the Centre. Unrivalled works of art created in stone by the Picts more than 1,200 years ago are on display, including fragments of standing stones.
